Genuine Yamaha Exhaust Inner Cover - Part Number: 6E5-41111-00-1S
A genuine Yamaha exhaust inner cover for selected 115HP, 130HP and 140HP V4 two-stroke outboards.
The cover mounts against the cylinder and crankcase exhaust passage beneath the outer exhaust cover. It forms the internal wall of the water-jacketed exhaust assembly, directing exhaust gases through the powerhead while allowing cooling water to circulate around the exhaust passage.

🔌 Function
The inner cover forms the exhaust passage inside the cylinder and crankcase assembly. It separates the hot exhaust stream from the surrounding cooling-water jacket and helps maintain the intended exhaust and cooling-water flow paths.
