Genuine Yamaha Finned Trim Tab Anode - Part Number: 6E5-45371-01

A genuine Yamaha finned trim tab and sacrificial anode for selected 115HP to 225HP outboards.

The component mounts beneath the anti-ventilation plate. Its adjustable fin helps counteract propeller steering torque, while the sacrificial alloy protects the aluminium gearcase from galvanic corrosion.

🔌 Function

The trim tab helps offset steering pull created by propeller rotation and sacrifices its own metal to protect the aluminium lower unit from galvanic corrosion.
