Genuine Yamaha Power Trim Auxiliary Cylinder O-Ring - Part Number: 6G5-43864-09


A genuine Yamaha hydraulic O-ring used in selected Showa power-trim and tilt assemblies.


The approximately 35.7mm x 3.5mm O-ring seals one of the auxiliary trim-cylinder joints, retaining hydraulic fluid while preventing water and contamination from entering the cylinder.

🔌 Function


The O-ring seals the trim-cylinder joint so hydraulic pressure can move and hold the outboard without fluid leakage.


Common signs of failure:


• Hydraulic oil leaks around the trim cylinder

• Trim system requires frequent fluid top-ups

• Water contamination enters the hydraulic fluid
