A genuine Yamaha sacrificial anode for selected mid- and high-horsepower outboard transom brackets.
The anode is electrically connected to the bracket and corrodes preferentially to protect the surrounding aluminium clamp bracket, swivel bracket and underwater components from galvanic corrosion.
