⚙️ Key Features

• 7.99 kg
• 6 applications across TAD and TADH engines
• Supersedes 82436934
• Old number was listed only as a compressor
• Refrigerant circuit component

🔌 Function

Compresses and circulates the refrigerant so the air conditioning system can move heat out of the cabin or space.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• No cold air, or cooling that fades away in service
• Rattle, knock or squeal from the compressor when the clutch engages
• Oily refrigerant residue around the shaft seal or the ports
• Clutch slipping, dragging or not engaging at all
• Belt squealing or the compressor seizing the drive

🛠️ Service Notes

• The refrigerant circuit must be recovered and recharged by someone qualified and equipped to handle refrigerant, not vented
• Establish why the old compressor failed before fitting a new one, as debris from a failed unit will circulate and take the replacement with it
• Compressor 78537075 is a separate listing at 8.243 kg, so confirm which compressor the engine carries before ordering
