Genuine Volvo Penta clutch flange from the Marine Propulsion group, supplied centre drilled 15 mm only and rated for a maximum 30 mm shaft. It weighs 1.93 kg and is listed for 106 applications across the MD, TMD, AD, AQ, AQAD and D series. Because it arrives with only the 15 mm pilot drilling, it must be machined out to suit your shaft, up to that 30 mm limit.

• Have the 15 mm pilot bore machined to your shaft size by a competent machine shop, and do not exceed the published 30 mm maximum
• Check flange face runout after machining and before the shaft is coupled up
• Renew the coupling bolts rather than reusing stretched ones
