  • Flange warped or cracked at a bolt hole
  • Seized studs that prevent the joint being pulled up square

  • Flange 820905 is the TMD70B and TMD70C version at 2.978 kg, so the 208 gram difference is not a safe way to tell them apart - order by installation
  • Fit a new gasket and pull the bolts up evenly from the centre outwards
