- Diesel weeping or misting at either coned union
- Hard starting, a misfire or a knock traced to one cylinder
- Cone seat on the pipe end bruised, ringed or eroded
- Pipe chafed, kinked or cracked where it is clamped
- Union nut thread damaged or seized
🛠️ Service Notes
- The pipes are made to length per cylinder, so order by cylinder number: 823785 is cylinder number 5 and 823786 is cylinder number 6
- Never bend a delivery pipe to make it reach, and do not reuse one with a bruised cone
- Clean the injector and pump seats before fitting and tighten the unions evenly
