🔧 Product Description

🚤 Compatibility

  • Engine Family: TAMD, TMD, TD, MD, TAD

Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

  • 0.906 kg
  • Supersedes 865389
  • 32 applications across five engine series
  • Cooling System group

🔌 Function

Carries the drive into the coolant pump, running in its bearings to turn the impeller.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Rumble, whine or squeal from the pump
  • Coolant weeping from the pump's telltale or seal area
  • Play felt at the pulley or impeller end
  • Seal track on the shaft worn to a groove
  • Bearing surfaces scored, pitted or discoloured

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Pump shaft 826250 is the related 0.726 kg shaft on the same engine families, and 826867 is a much lighter 0.15 kg shaft for MD and AQD, so check the shaft against the pump you have
  • Renew the seal and bearings with the shaft, as a worn seal track will destroy a new seal quickly
