Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

• 0.075 kg
• Supersedes 897756, listed earlier as a propeller thrust ring
• 38 applications across six engine series
• Thrust face for the propeller
• Line cutter / thrust washer, 200.
• Installation hardware for the long hub and short hub propellers.

🔌 Function

Takes the propeller's thrust load against the housing so the push from the blades is transferred into the drive rather than into the seal.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Rumbling or vibration through the drive under power
• Ring face worn bright, grooved or stepped
• Propeller found loose or able to move fore and aft on the shaft
• Fishing line, weed or rope wound in behind the ring
• Seal behind the ring leaking as the shaft has moved

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check for fishing line wound behind the ring whenever the propeller is off, since that is what usually destroys the seal behind it
• Guard plate 832966 in this round sits in the same area on the same drive families, so inspect both together
• Renew the shaft seal while the propeller is off
