  • Coolant leaking from the hose or its clamps
  • Hose soft and spongy, or hard and crazed, on a squeeze test
  • Cracking at the tightest bend in the run
  • Overheating from a collapsed or partly blocked hose
  • Rust coloured seepage from under a clamp

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew both clamps with the hose and check the spigots for corrosion
  • Bleed the closed circuit properly and check the level again once the engine has been through a heat cycle
  • Support the run clear of chafe points
