⚙️ Key Features

• 0.107 kg
• 33 applications across six engine series

🔌 Function

Sets and holds the axial gap between two components, carrying the clamp load through itself so the parts either side stay correctly spaced.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• End play or preload out of specification on assembly
• Sleeve ends fretted, dished or picked up
• Sleeve cracked or collapsed after over-tightening
• Bearings running hot or noisy because spacing is wrong

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the sleeve length and end faces before reusing it, as a distorted spacer throws the whole bearing setting out
• Bearing housing 837703, hub 837707 and washer 837708 share the same 33 application listing
