⚙️ Key Features

  • 2.291 kg
  • 5 applications across the AQD and TAMD series

🔌 Function

Closes off the end of the cooling assembly, sealing the water passages and turning the flow back through the core.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Coolant or seawater weeping at the end joint
  • Heavy scaling or corrosion on the internal face
  • Sealing land pitted so a new gasket will not hold
  • Plate distorted so the joint will not pull down flat
  • Salt or coolant staining down the outside of the assembly

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the end gaskets and seals with the plate and check both faces for flatness
  • Pressure test the assembly after rebuilding rather than trusting a dry check
