846119 Spacer | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta spacer weighing 0.116 kg and listed for 22 applications across the TMD, TAMD, MD, TAD and TD series engines. Its listing carries a note that it is replaced by 837363 — that number appears only in the note rather than in the formal supersession record, and gasket 845953 in this same range carries the identical replacement note, so confirm the correct current number before ordering.

🚤 Compatibility

• Engine Family: TMD, TAMD, MD, TAD, TD

🔌 Function

Sets and holds the spacing between two components so the assembly clamps up at the right dimension.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Assembly working loose or losing its setting
• Spacer crushed, dished or worn thin
• Faces scored or fretted where they clamp
• Corrosion and scaling on the spacer
• Fasteners needing repeated retightening

🛠️ Service Notes

• Confirm the current part number before ordering, as the replacement reference sits only in the note and the same number is quoted against a different part
