⚙️ Key Features

• For engines from serial number 1101015748 onwards
• 0.034 kg
• 81 applications across six engine series
• Serial breakpoint decides fitment

🔌 Function

Seals the pump element outlet after each injection stroke and unloads a set volume from the delivery pipe, so the injector needle snaps shut cleanly instead of dribbling.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Smoky running or a smell of unburnt diesel at idle
• Injector dribble causing a coked nozzle and a sooty cylinder
• Poor starting and uneven running between cylinders
• Valve seat pitted, ridged or worn on strip-down
• Fuel delivery falling off at high speed

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the engine serial number before ordering, as pumps below this breakpoint take a different valve
• Delivery valves are matched to their seat, so fit valve and seat together and set the pump on a bench after fitting
