🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta fan ring from the Cooling System group, weighing 3.448 kg and listed for 28 applications across TD, TWD, TID and TAD series engines.

🚤 Compatibility

  • Engine Family: TD, TWD, TID, TAD

Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

  • 3.448 kg
  • 28 applications across TD, TWD, TID and TAD series engines
  • Radiator fan shroud ring

🔌 Function

Shrouds the cooling fan so the air it moves is drawn through the radiator core instead of spilling back around the blade tips.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Coolant temperature creeping up at low speed or in hot weather
  • Ring cracked or split at the mounting points
  • Rubbing marks on the inside face where the blade tips have caught
  • Mountings loose so the ring sits off centre to the fan

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Check the fan runs central in the ring with even tip clearance all round before running the engine - a ring bolted up off centre will let the tips catch
  • Look at the fan blades and drive for damage if the old ring has been rubbing

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
