  • Radiator moving, leaning or knocking against something
  • Bracket cracked at a fixing hole or a weld
  • Mounting bolts repeatedly loose
  • Radiator tanks or core seams weeping where the mounting stress goes in

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the mounting rubbers with the bracket if they are fitted - hard, collapsed rubbers put the vibration straight into the new bracket and then into the core
  • Check the fan is still central in its ring once the radiator is bolted back up
