⚙️ Key Features

• 680 mm diameter
• 6 hole fixing
• 10.318 kg
• 22 applications across TWD, TID and TD series engines
• 680mm (Volvo assembly listing)

🔌 Function

Draws air through the radiator so the coolant can shed the heat it has carried away from the engine.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant temperature rising at low speed or on sustained load
• New vibration or rumble from the front of the engine
• Blades found cracked, chipped or bent
• Loose rivets or fixings at the hub
• Contact marks between blade tips and the cowling

🛠️ Service Notes

• Fans 848924 and 848925 are both 890 mm - check the diameter and the 6 hole fixing before ordering
• Never straighten a bent blade; balance matters more than appearance and an out-of-balance fan wrecks the drive
• Keep clear of the fan whenever the engine could be started, and refit the guard before running
