⚙️ Key Features

  • 4.264 kg
  • Inlet and Exhaust System group
  • 8 applications on TWD and TID series engines
  • L=775mm (Volvo assembly listing)

🔌 Function

Carries exhaust gas through a flexible section of the run, absorbing engine movement so the rigid pipework is not strained.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Soot staining or a sooty smell around the hose ends
  • Bulging, soft spots or delaminated layers in the wall
  • Charred, hardened or cracked rubber at the hot end
  • Clamps that will not seal however far they are tightened
  • Exhaust noise louder than usual in the engine space

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Measure the existing run before ordering, as the 775 mm length is what separates this hose from other exhaust hoses
  • Renew the clamps with the hose and re-check them after the first heat cycle

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
