⚙️ Key Features

• 0.009 kg
• 32 applications across six engine series
• Companion to bushing 859071
• AD, D, TMD, BB, TAMD and MD coverage

🔌 Function

Spaces and locates the mounting so the fastener clamps solid metal rather than pinching the bracket or the bushing.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Movement at the alternator mounting even with the fastener fully tight
• Sleeve found scored, ovalled or worn stepped where the bolt passes through
• Belt tension that will not hold between services
• Bracket ears drawn together because the sleeve has collapsed or gone missing

🛠️ Service Notes

• Order bushing 859071 at the same time — the two wear together and fitting one without the other usually leaves the play behind

📦 Condition
