Bolts a fuel union to its housing while carrying fuel through its drilled centre.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Fuel weeping at the union under pressure
  • Air leak at the joint giving hard starting or a hunting idle
  • Drilling blocked or restricted by debris
  • Head rounded or the thread picked up on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Order to the stated thickness, and renew the sealing washers each side of the union
  • Blow the centre drilling clear before refitting and bleed the system afterwards
