⚙️ Key Features

🔌 Function

Spreads the fastener's clamping load over the joint face and protects the surface as the fastener is tightened.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Washer found dished, cupped or bent under the fastener head
• Bright fretting ring or a bedded-in step on the joint face
• Corrosion pitting where the washer has trapped moisture
• Fastener repeatedly working loose despite correct tightening

🛠️ Service Notes

• Confirm the engine designation before ordering, as this washer is listed against the MD2030D
• Fit a new washer rather than reusing a dished one, since a collapsed washer loses the clamp load
