⚙️ Key Features

• 0.023 kg
• 21 applications across the D and MD series
• Engine group component

🔌 Function

Sets and holds the gap between two components, so the assembly is clamped at the correct standing dimension.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• End float or free play appearing in the assembly
• Spacer found stepped, dished or pinched where it has been overtightened
• Fretting marks or picked-up metal on either end face
• Assembly clamping down further than it should when the fastener is tightened

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the spacer's faces are square and unmarked before reuse, since a dished spacer will not set the dimension it is there to set
• Confirm the assembled clearance against the workshop manual after fitting
