⚙️ Key Features

• 19 applications across the D and MD series
• Fits D and MD series engines

🔌 Function

Supports the shaft it carries and holds it in position while letting it turn with as little friction and side play as possible.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Rumble, growl or a rhythmic whine that rises with speed
• Roughness or notchiness felt when the shaft is turned by hand
• Shaft showing radial play or wobble
• Races and rolling elements found pitted, brinelled or discoloured
• Grease or oil around the bearing showing dark and gritty

🛠️ Service Notes

• Support the bearing on the correct race when pressing it on or off - loading through the rolling elements will ruin a new one before it turns
• Check the shaft and housing fits, since a bearing that has spun on its seat means the seat is worn too
