⚙️ Key Features

• Order 2 pieces for a complete flange
• 0.179 kg each
• 30 applications across D, TMD and TAMD
• Supersedes 3831312

🔌 Function

Clamps the exhaust joint together, the two halves pulling the pipe faces up square against their gasket.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Ticking or blowing at the joint, loudest on a cold start
• Soot staining fanning out from the joint face
• Flange cracked or the clamping face distorted
• Bolt holes elongated or the threads pulled
• Joint needing repeated retightening to stay quiet

🛠️ Service Notes

• Order two pieces — one on its own will not make a complete flange
• Renew the gasket and the fasteners and check both pipe faces for flatness before assembling
• Re-check the joint once the engine is up to temperature, since exhaust joints seal cold and open hot
