⚙️ Key Features

  • 1.14 mm thick
  • Supersedes 846947
  • 33 applications across six engine series

🔌 Function

Sets the clearance or shim height of the assembly it fits, its thickness deciding the setting.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Clearance out of specification when checked
  • Washer found bruised, dished or picked up on its faces
  • Setting drifting from the figure it was built to
  • Washer no longer measuring its nominal thickness

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Order by the measured thickness, since published weights do not separate a graded set of washers
  • Measure the washer you are replacing with a micrometer rather than judging it by eye
