⚙️ Key Features

  • 0.866 kg
  • 19 applications across TAD, TWD and TD series engines
  • Inlet and Exhaust System group

🔌 Function

Joins two sections of the inlet or exhaust run so charge or gas passes between them without leaking.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Whistling or hissing from the joint under load
  • Loss of boost or sluggish response
  • Soot tracking or oily staining at the pipe ends
  • Cracks around the welded joints or flange
  • Flange faces distorted so the seal will not pull up

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the gaskets, seals and clamps at both ends when the pipe is changed
  • Check the mounting brackets for cracks — a loose pipe usually breaks its own supports

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
