⚙️ Key Features

• 0.006 kg
• 21 applications across TWD, TD, TAMD and TAD series engines
• Engine Controls group

🔌 Function

Sets and holds a fixed gap between two components in a bolted joint, so the fastener clamps to the correct length instead of crushing the assembly.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Fastener losing clamp load or working loose in service
• Sleeve found crushed, belled or ovalled at one end
• The linkage or component it spaces sitting out of line
• Fretting marks or a bright ring polished onto the mating faces
• A rattle or slack feel at the joint

🛠️ Service Notes

• Compare the sleeve you removed against the one supplied before assembly - the three sleeves in this listing serve different groups
• Fit a new sleeve whenever the joint is disturbed rather than re-using one that has already been crushed

📦 Condition

• Genuine Volvo Penta part
• Brand new
