Genuine Volvo Penta bracket from the Engine group, weighing 5.879 kg and listed for 14 applications across TAMD series engines. 🔌 Function

Carries and locates a major component against the engine, taking its weight and its vibration.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Cracks radiating from the mounting holes or along a weld
• The mounted component sagging or sitting out of alignment
• Bolt holes elongated and fasteners repeatedly working loose
• Fretting or bright rub marks between the bracket and the block

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the mounting fasteners rather than reusing ones that have been working loose
• Check the block face and the mounted component for cracks while the bracket is off - at nearly six kilos it is carrying real load
