🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta coolant pipe for engines from serial number 1101050802 onwards, from the Cooling System group, weighing 1.724 kg and listed for 8 applications on TAMD series engines. It consolidates three earlier numbers, 849342, 849331 and 862667. ⚙️ Key Features

• For engines from serial number 1101050802 onwards
• 1.724 kg
• Listed for 8 applications
• Consolidates 849342, 849331 and 862667

🔌 Function

Carries coolant between two points in the engine's cooling circuit on the later build.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant weeping at the pipe ends
• External corrosion or pitting along the run
• Coolant level falling and the engine running hot under load
• Union or flange faces damaged so a new seal will not hold

🛠️ Service Notes

• Read the engine serial number from the plate before ordering
• All three of 866771, 866772 and 866774 list 862667 among the numbers they replace, so that old number on its own will not tell you which pipe to order
