• 26 applications across TAD, TD and TWD engines
• Fuel System group

🔌 Function

Carries fuel between two fixed points on the engine along a pre-formed route that clears the surrounding components.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Diesel smell in the engine space
• Wet film or drips at a union nut
• Air drawn into the fuel system, giving hard starting or stalling
• Chafe mark or fretting where the pipe touches another component
• Union faces flared, cracked or over-tightened on inspection

🛠️ Service Notes

• Never re-bend a fuel pipe to make it fit — a pipe under strain will crack at the union
• Renew the sealing washers at each end and bleed the system before starting
