• Supplied as a kit rather than a bare cooler

🔌 Function

Cools the compressed air leaving the turbocharger before it enters the cylinders, so the engine takes a denser charge.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Power down and black smoke under load as boost is lost
• Charge air temperature running high
• Coolant or water traces in the inlet ducting
• Air leaking audibly from the cooler joints
• Cooler core found blocked, corroded or split

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the ducting and clamps either side of the cooler while it is off
• At 42.638 kg this is a two-person lift or a crane job - plan the handling
• Find what killed the original cooler before fitting the new one
