🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta sleeve weighing 0.147 kg, listed for the DPH and DPR drives - DPH-A to DPH-D and DPR-A to DPR-D. It has been catalogued here as a splined sleeve. Sleeve 885823 carries exactly the same published weight of 0.147 kg, so mass is no guide at all between the two and the part number is what to order by.

⚙️ Key Features

  • Listed for the DPH and DPR drives, A to D series
  • 0.147 kg
  • Catalogued here as a splined sleeve
  • Same published weight as sleeve 885823 - order by number, not by mass

🔌 Function

Fits over the shaft or hub being worked on so it can be held or turned without the working faces being damaged.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Internal splines worn, rounded or twisted
  • Sleeve a loose, rattling fit on a shaft it once gripped
  • Cracks running out from a spline root
  • Bore picked up or scored
  • Corrosion in the bore after wet storage

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Check the fit against a known-good shaft before use - a worn sleeve will damage the component rather than the other way round

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
