Genuine Quicksilver MPI Distributor Rotor - Part Number: 8M0215004

Genuine Quicksilver distributor rotor for MerCruiser MPI stern drive and inboard engines with ECM 555 ignition systems. This rotor is the current replacement for earlier 8M6001222 / 898253013 style rotor references and is used on 2001 and newer MerCruiser 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L and 6.2L MPI engines from serial 0M300000 and up.

🔌 Function

The rotor transfers high-voltage spark from the distributor coil path to each distributor cap terminal in firing order.
