🔧 Product Description
Aftermarket U-joint bellows retainer-ring installer replacing MerCruiser special tool 91-818162. The shaped installer presses the aluminium retaining ring squarely into the bell-housing bellows groove without distorting the ring or cutting the new bellows.
It is normally driven with a compatible MerCruiser alignment shaft, including 91-805475A1-type tools. The driver shaft is not included unless specifically stated.

🔌 Function
Seats the bellows retainer ring to its correct depth and alignment after the U-joint bellows has been installed and bonded to the bell housing. A correctly seated ring secures the bellows and helps prevent water entry into the gimbal-bearing and U-joint cavity.

• Brand-new aftermarket installer head
• Tool material may be machined metal or durable engineering polymer depending on production batch
• Inspect the ring and bellows seating all the way around after installation
