A genuine Yamaha hydraulic O-ring used within selected power trim and tilt manual-release valve assemblies.


The O-ring seals the manual-release adaptor, valve seat or bypass passage so the hydraulic system can retain pressure when the release screw is closed.

🔌 Function


The O-ring seals the manual hydraulic bypass valve so trim pressure is retained during normal powered operation.


Common signs of failure:


• Engine slowly lowers after being trimmed

• Hydraulic oil leaks near the manual-release screw

• Trim unit bypasses even when the screw is closed

• O-ring becomes flattened, cut or swollen

• Manual-release valve will not reseal after operation
