⚙️ Key Features

• AQ140A to specification 867464
• AQ120B to specification 867465
• 0.002 kg
• 24 applications across four ranges

🔌 Function

Acts as both a fastener and a fluid passage - the drilled shank carries fluid from the fitting it clamps through into the port beneath.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Fluid weeping from either side of the fitting
• Drillings blocked with sludge or debris
• Thread stripped or the head rounded
• Sealing faces scored, or the washers flattened out

🛠️ Service Notes

• Fit new sealing washers, one each side of the fitting
• Check the cross-drillings are clear before fitting - a blocked hollow screw starves the circuit even though the joint looks sound
