Takes a fluid line into a housing through a hollow bolt, letting the line leave at any angle while sealing on washers either side of the eye.

  • Weeping or dripping at the banjo joint
  • Sealing washers flattened, distorted or reused hard
  • Bolt or eye faces scored or picked up
  • Bolt stretched or the thread pulled
  • Feed pressure down because the drilling is partly blocked

  • Always fit new sealing washers on both sides of the eye — a leaking banjo is nearly always the washers
  • Check the hollow bolt drillings are clear before assembly
  • Support the fitting so the line is not twisted as the bolt is tightened
