🚤 Compatibility

• Engine Family: TAD

Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

• Banjo form — the line can be clocked to any angle
• Fits 30 applications across TAD engines
• 0.032 kg
• No published thread size

🔌 Function

Forms a swivelling pressure union at a port, so the pipe can be clocked round to any angle and still seal.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Weeping or dripping around the banjo union
• Sealing washer faces scored, pitted or corroded
• Feed drilling in the union partly blocked
• Hexagon or bolt head rounded
• Union will not seal however hard it is pulled up

🛠️ Service Notes

• Fit new sealing washers on both sides of the union rather than reusing the old ones — this is where banjo joints normally leak
• Nipple 977756 is listed here only 7 g heavier and against the same TAD family, so weight will not separate the two — order by part number

📦 Condition
