🔧 Product Description
Genuine Volvo Penta drift weighing 0.361 kg. It runs consecutively with drift 9996668 at 0.381 kg and the pair are only twenty grams apart, so the stamped number rather than the weight is what identifies the tool.
⚙️ Key Features
- Drift, 0.361 kg
- Twenty grams from consecutive drift 9996668 at 0.381 kg
- Order by the stamped tool number, not by weight
- Service tool, ordered by tool number
🔌 Function
Drives a bearing, bush, seal or sleeve squarely into or out of its bore under press or hammer load.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Struck end mushroomed or burred over
- Driving face chipped or cracked
- Shank bent, so the drift no longer enters square
- Working face bruised, marking the component it drives
🛠️ Service Notes
- Guide pin 9997005 in this run shares the same published weight of 0.361 kg despite being a different tool, so weight is no guide at all here
