The PSR Ford BA-BF Falcon Stage 3 Handling Kit is our top-level package, tailor-designed for the handling-obsessed enthusiast and is centred around the ultimate street coilover kit on the market, our XYZ RACING coilovers. Years of working on this vehicle platform and researching what does and what doesn't work gives us the ability to offer you the best bang-for-your-buck package, that will greatly improve road feel and handling without sacrificing comfort.

A major cause of poor front-end handling are the factory oil-filled front lower arm bushes. A little-known secret we started implementing years ago is the use of polyurethane FG bushes in the front position of the front lower control arm! Off the shelf BA-BF specific poly replacement bushes are heavily voided and move more than we desire, to solve this we use an FG spec bush to virtually eliminate bush movement compared to the horrible oil-filled factory bush. The rear bush is also upgraded to a Superpro bush while the arm is out. A set of poly upper arm bushes are also included, upgrading from rubber bushes helps to negate any lateral forces from affecting camber or caster settings during high load cornering.

The rear "blade" arm bushes present another major flaw on this platform; their soft rubber causes significant deflection and allows the rear alignment to move a massive amount under load. Our Stage 3 package takes it a step further by using a motorsport focused bush with no voids, guaranteeing maximum control. The final pieces of the puzzle in rear-end improvements are a set of Whiteline upper control arms and the inner bushes in the lower arms being upgraded to poly replacements. Eliminating rear-end steer greatly improves overall stability, removes the risk of axle tramp and opens the door to precision vehicle control when pushing the limits of traction.

Rounding up our premium-level package are set of adjustable Whiteline swaybars to keep any unwanted body roll in-check, with the 30mm front and 22mm rear swaybar taking the brunt of the load to allow the rest of the suspension components to do their job. Their 2-point adjustability gives you some tuning flexibility so the perfect understeer/oversteer balance can be dialled in.
