The PSR Ford BA-BF Falcon Ute Stage 6 Handling Kit is our "pièce de resistance" and is heavily focussed on owners wanting an elite level of vehicle stability and fine-tuned control. This package is commonly used for circuit, drag and roll racing applications, with many vehicles being used for street duties also. It has been tailor-designed for the handling-obsessed enthusiast and is centred around the ultimate street coilover, our XYZ RACING coilovers. Years of working on this vehicle platform and researching what does and what doesn't work gives us the ability to offer you the best bang-for-your-buck package, that will greatly improve road feel and handling without sacrificing comfort.

A major cause of poor front-end handling are the factory oil-filled front lower arm bushes. A little-known secret we started implementing years ago is the use of polyurethane FG bushes in the front position of the front lower control arm! Off the shelf BA-BF specific poly replacement bushes are heavily voided and move more than we desire, to solve this we use an FG spec bush to virtually eliminate bush movement compared to the horrible oil-filled factory bush. The rear bush is also upgraded to a Superpro bush while the arm is out.

A set of poly upper arm bushes are also included, upgrading from rubber bushes helps to negate any lateral forces from affecting camber or caster settings during high load cornering. A set of replacement poly bushes are also supplied for the steering rack mount and lower strut mount, upgrading to a firmer bush in these components increases road feel and enhances driver feedback when pushing the limits.

A Whiteline adjustable front swaybar keeps any unwanted body roll in-check, with the 30mm unit taking the brunt of the load to allow the rest of the suspension components to do its job. The built-in 2-point adjustability gives you some tuning flexibility so the perfect understeer/oversteer balance can be dialled in.

Included in our Stage 6 Kit is our Ford Falcon BA-BF Ute 5 link system, which is a complete bolt in solution to replace the factory leaf spring set-up. Cro-moly adjustable upper and fixed lower control arms provide strength and allow for fine tuning of the pinion angle, whilst an adjustable panhard bar centralises the rear diff. Polyurethane bushes are supplied throughout, ensuring that the geometry and eye-to-eye measurements stay fixed when under load. A pair of JEGS double-adjustable coilovers are supplied, as are a pair of tried and tested King Spring progressive rate coil springs.

Our elite level kit will wipe the floor with any other shock and spring packages found on the market, bar none!

• Performance Coil - The front spring rate can be increased if vehicle weight or motorsport use is a factor.
