šŸ“ Specifications

🚤 Trailer Compatibility & Application

  • Suitable for compatible hydraulic boat-trailer brake systems

  • Not a substitute for an incorrectly rated high-pressure hose

šŸ”Œ Function

Transfers pressurised brake fluid between the master cylinder, tees and wheel calipers while accommodating trailer movement.

āš ļø Common Signs of Failure

  • Fluid weeps through the braid or fittings
  • Braid is frayed, crushed or kinked
  • Hose rubs on the chassis or tyre
  • Fittings are corroded or rounded
  • Brake pedal/actuator pressure feels soft because air enters the circuit

šŸ› ļø Installation & Safety

  • Route with smooth bends and adequate movement allowance
  • Use proper P-clips rather than overtightened cable ties
  • Fit new copper washers on banjo connections
  • Do not twist the hose while tightening
  • Bleed and pressure-test the system after installation
