M8863 Master Black Carbon Filler 500g

High quality innovative filler carbon and glass fibre reinforced for car repairs. Features high structural strength and conductive properties, allowing the application on areas subject to high temperatures. Extremely strong and flexible over welded areas. Exhibits superb adhesion to metal, as well as plastic with easy and fast sanding. Recommended for filling large dents and holes in vehicles, caravans and trailers.

Substrates:

Product shows very good adhesion to different substrates. It can be applied on:

Steel and aluminium after matting and degreasing

Zinc-coated steel after matting and degreasing

Sanded glass fibre-polyester laminates (GFK/GRP), polyester body fillers and putties, acrylic and epoxy primers, old paint coatings in good condition.

Plastic (with exception of PP and PE)

Caution: Do not apply body fillers directly on reactive primers, 1-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

This product has very good adhesion to various timbers. Black Knot Filler can be applied over: Acacia, Blackwood, Blue Gum, Camphor Laurel. Coastal Banksia, Cypress Pine, Grey Gum, Iron Bark, Mahogany, Manna Gum, Messmate, Mountain Ash, Cedar, English Oak, Silky Oak, Red Gum, Red Stringy Bark, Red Box, Silver Top Gum, Spruce, Stringy Bark, Sugar Gum & Yellow Box.
