Precision installer head for fitting selected sterndrive gimbal bearings and drive-shaft seals. Kacawa/WA reference PHEN004I-1.0 is used with a compatible engine-alignment bar to drive the bearing or seal squarely into the transom housing.

The shaped face contacts the correct bearing race or seal area, reducing the chance of impact damage compared with a flat drift.

🔌 Function

Drives the gimbal bearing and applicable shaft seal to the correct depth while maintaining alignment with the transom bore. The alignment bar can then be used to orient the bearing and verify engine-coupler alignment.
