Penrite Premium Mineral 15W-40 Engine Oil - Part Number: PMO15005
Premium Mineral 15W-40 is designed for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder, multi-cam, multi-valve (including VVT), naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged engines. It is also suitable for use in rotary engined vehicles such as Mazda RX series vehicles that require this viscosity grade. Premium Mineral 15W-40 is recommended for use where SAE 15W-40 or SAE 20W-40 engine oils are specified by the manufacturer.
It can be used where API SP and where previous specifications API SN (2010-2020), API SM (2004-2010), SL (2001-2004), SJ (1998-2000) or older specifications were recommended. It can also be used in older diesel engined vehicles where API CF or earlier is specified by the manufacturer. It is NOT suitable for use in diesels fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) that require an ACEA "C" grade Low-SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus & Sulphur) engine oil. Premium Mineral 15W-40 meets the latest API SP specification providing improved turbocharger deposit control, oxidation and deposit control, aeration, fuel economy and low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) protection and enhanced wear protection over standard API SN grade oils.
