This is a PSR rear external shock reservoir mount for the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series. PSR lists this one as: Mounted to Chassis Behind Front Spring Mount. Remote reservoir shocks carry their gas and oil volume in a separate canister, and that canister has to be mounted somewhere solid, clear of heat, rocks and moving suspension.
