This is a Bilstein adjustable front strut for the Mazda BT-50 / Ford PX Ranger, supplied by PSR under part number PSRMAZ-019-PR. PSR lists it for a 2-5" lift range.

The adjustable sleeve lets ride height be set by winding the spring seat up or down, so a single strut covers a range of lift heights rather than one fixed figure. The strut is supplied with the adjustable sleeve and spring seat. This listing is the pair, which is a complete front axle set; the single is listed as PSRMAZ-019.
