This is a Bilstein adjustable front strut for the Nissan Navara D40 / NP300 / R51, supplied by PSR under part number PSRNAV-022-PR. PSR lists it for a 2-5" lift range.

The adjustable sleeve lets ride height be set by winding the spring seat up or down, so a single strut covers a range of lift heights rather than one fixed figure.
