This is the PSR camber pin kit for the Nissan Navara D40, sold as a pair. It is installed into the chassis on Spanish built vehicles to allow front adjustment of the lower arm, and that the camber pin retainer is CNC machined.

Once a vehicle is lifted, camber goes positive and the factory adjustment range often will not bring it back. Camber pins give that range back at the lower arm so the wheel can be set upright again, which is what saves the tyres. The retainer is machined rather than folded.

NOTE: PSR lists this kit for Spanish built D40s - check which build your vehicle is before ordering. Steering and alignment components are safety critical: fitting and a full wheel alignment must be done by a qualified workshop.
